Blind and Boring Beta Program...

Beta program by Samsung is entirely a boring and blind process. Not really expected from such a global giant...

They don't maintain transparancy in update process, its contents and its schedule.

They don't provide any accurate response to the queries of beta testers. Some random bots keep generating stereotype replies. Many times, the question is going to the North and the reply going to the South.

No proper planning of beta program is done. Nobody knows how long it will last. Beta testers are left at the mercy of the company.

No tester is sure that his feedback will be considered. Again, the bot generated responses don't build the confidence.

This time, Samsung has seriously messed up with the beta program. Long delay in starting, no regular beta updates, no transperancy, no confidence building steps, no schedule and no completion date... It is indeed frustrating...

In this post, I have tried to show some light to the company from the viewpoint of a loyal customer and a regular beta tester. As a community member on the Members forum, I am sure that almost everyone feels the same.... But again, due to the lack of confidence in the so called Beta program, I feel like...

Samsung don't care at all!
