    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As screenshot mentioned by you, all the application are in alphabetical order.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However in screenshot Phone pe application have two icon, for that kindly follow below steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1- Perform ‘Reset app preference’ (Scroll down notification panel&amp;gt; Setting&amp;gt; Apps&amp;gt; Tap on 3 dots (Upper right corner)&amp;gt; Reset app preference).After doing the above procedure, kindly restart your device and check the performance.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Reset the device settings by navigating to Settings &amp;gt;&amp;gt; General Management &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Reset Settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Check your device issue in Safe mode.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app&amp;gt;click on “+“icon&amp;gt;send feedback&amp;gt;Error report/ Ask Questions).&lt;/P&gt;
