&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;Open Google&amp;nbsp;play services&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&amp;gt; setting &amp;gt; about Google&amp;nbsp;play services &amp;gt; update (if available).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;Clear cache of Google play services (Setting&amp;gt;&amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt;&amp;gt;Google play service&amp;gt;&amp;gt;clear cache).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;Restart / Reboot the device&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;Check by removing the Primary Gmail ID (Google ID) and re-configuring it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;If the same continues, check the internet connection (2G/3G/4G/Wi-Fi).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app&amp;gt;click on “+“icon&amp;gt;send feedback&amp;gt;Error report/ Ask Questions).&lt;/P&gt;
