Time has come...

It seems time has come to bid a final goodbye to Samsung. I have been using this A52s phone 8/128 variant since October 2021. So nearly 3 years on this device. Used it as my primary device with 2 sims. First 2 years were mostly good experiences. One UI 3 that came with this phone was good. Then got one ui 4 & 4.1 updates timely. And also 5 & 5.1 updates. Sweet time with device ended in December 2023 when One ui 6 came in followed by 6.1 update. It all went bitter in a click of update button. The way Samsung infected this device with bugs, just don't believe a top company has given such a cheap quality update & policies. But now I have realised they are utterly shameless and arrogant. This is same reason their staff at service center is equally unprofessional. Samsung also has quality control issues in terms of hardware. They can't stick that cheap platic back plate correctly that got lose in just 2 years. Level of qc and adhesive used! And they demand insane charges to stick it back. Customer service you see! All this is a classic example how to turn an excellent device into a cheap one. And how to repel customers away.

Almost 3 years and I it's time to bid a final goodbye to Samsung. Maybe a few more months until I decide my next phone. Don't really want to buy another Samsung because even hoping anything will change for good is daydreaming!

Share your experience guys who are using Samsung phones for a long time now. Would like to read your honest opinion of Samsung phones. Are they really worth paying the premium prices?

It is understandable that such an experience can be quite frustrating. Ultimately, the decision of whether to purchase a premium Samsung phone remains entirely at your discretion. If you continue to trust Samsung and believe that their premium phone can satisfy your requirements, and if it fits within your budget without causing financial strain, then you may proceed with the purchase. However, if you have reservations or find that there are more suitable options within your budget, it would be advisable to explore those alternatives.

Try s series. Not FE. Or just move to Apple if you have budget

Using from past 6 months its too good.
Even games are smooth can play smoothly in a good environment

FE offers better quality and value compared to Apple considering the price.
