To all the friends who gave me good suggestion for mobile device for my mother i thank you for that

Yesterday my mother bought Samsung A35 5G because we are not able to find Oneplus 11r 8/128gb and S23 FE in 8/128gb(goind upto 40k over budget).

Now A35 5G is not 5G on device i have recharged jio with 5G pack still 5G is not showing can anyone help me out of this.

Contact jio customer care through "198".
They will activate 5G and after 10-15 min restart your device and you will get 5G network.

As u knows well A35 is a 5G phone it may be there could be some issue u r not getting connect to 5G.

Here r some fact I would like to write down regarding this.
- First ur area have 5G network.
- double check in Settings whether there 5G enabled or not. (Settings > connection > mobile network > should be 5G)
- if 1 & 2 meets it will auto connect to 5G network; it's not necessary to recharge 5G for checking.

In my home my father and brother and mine have 5G on running smoothly maybe the card is too old like 5-6 perhaps so i will buy new sim with same number and then i will try if it got 5G then good otherwise i will take it to shop

Maine bhi buy kiya hai A35 tu airtel 5g support nahi kar raha .Par 10 days automatic 5g support ka message a gaya
