I wish to say goodbye to Samsung account.
It's not easy to control our personal information.
Hard to change password personal information etc. Regret.
Even I gave correct information it doesn't accept.

Iam unable to use samsung account because I can't change my password or mobile number.
There is no option for change password because of this I have problem for many years.now I change my mobile Galax m13 anyhow the trouble continue. service center say change through computer.
NOTE I DON'T Have computer and I DON'T KNOW How to OPERATE the COMPUTER.
Please make it easy
