      <description>Is that the only option? Every single thing, including the alarm tones have been set! Post reset is too much work for me right now. Did u try sending query from the members app as mentioned above? And did you try the updating using samsung smart switch?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, OP. It took me several restarts and a weird green screen, but I finally updated. I have an A55 too, and I used Smart Switch on my PC. It was frustrating, but it finally went through.       <description>&lt;P&gt;You can use your PC to do the update I did it that way and it worked. Just download smart switch to both of your PC and phone connect your phone to PC via. a cable and run the smart switch it should say that you have an update and you can download the update there&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Sorry for my bad English)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
