Technical help required

Good afternoon everyone ,

Fews days back i took temporary back up to samsung id

Now everything restore without getting problem but my secure folder is not getting be a restore .

It's asking password which password do i need to put in there previous one or accounts password

I tried both but nothing is working &also there no option of reset password .

I'm attaching the screen shot please help me out with it

Not possible, the secure folder will not work now...

You have to reset the device, but for that just logout from all browsers, facebook, youtube, google, etc.

Remove password, pin or pattern lock and then remove all user accounts from settings - users

Then reset the device..

Install all apps again.

Reason: Backup and restore not work in a secure folder

Always prefer passwords less backup..., move your files out to secure folder then remove secure folder then use backup and restore.

Try your phone's old password once.

When you took backup, it also asked to create password, that's the password you have enter.
