Unidentified Number: Is it Safe to Save?

I opened my messaging app and saw this. This number is not mine. I searched on Truecaller and it showed a Jio company name. I'm not sure if this is the correct place for it. Should I save my number in this section or is it better to leave it as it is?

Should I be concerned about this?

Samsung messages app > settings > more settings > text messages

Let it be as its the no provide by your service provider for your sms facility
The Message Centre Number is responsible for the delivery of an SMS (text) message sent from a Mobile Service. If this number is not set correctly then the SMS will not be delivered to its destination.

Bro, this is the Message Center number provided by your Telecom company. So please don't remove it. Without this number, you can't send simple text messages...
