Many of users may facing the issue of direct video call from dialer.

It is because of, video calls happens between same networks. Like jio to jio, airtel to airtel.

If you try airtel from jio then it will connect audio call only.

Agreed about your words, operators have internet calling functionality that VoIP it will use in same network and same operator only as of now in India. It will be expanded in the future in India 🇮🇳

When ever I am my family communicate with each other we use video calls. As we all have only jio connections in the house even my staff use only jio. We have like 9 connections of jio. Also we have checked even if your data is off still the video is on.

Yes, it uses VoIP network for video calling.
