Bhai it's because auto restart is on, on your phone..go to Device care > Auto Optimisation> and turn off auto restart..

भाई service center वाले बोल रहे है की factory restart करके software update करेगे 😂... उसकी के data backup के लिये बोल रहे है... और हो तो ठीक बरना ना भी हो... ऐसा बोल रहे है
