Dear Samsung please pay attention...

Dear Samsung we all know you are the best in productivity and we are happy to a part of this

BUT one thing is little bit unbalanced that is your android update policy

According to your update policy every phone is getting 2 major update even mid range OR flagship phone

According to your update policy there's is No official difference between mid range and flagship categories

Then customers why should go for flagship even pay more price and finally getting same value as mid range

Dear Samsung please update your android update policy

1..Mid range categories phone will get 2 majors OS update

2.. flagship categories phone will get 3 major OS update

I think this is the justice

I believe that people do not buy their devices only for downloading and installing updates.......there are hell lot of features extra in flagships, so flagship customers do not get the same value as mid range paying higher price. If you see only update policies, then galaxy Note 10+ is equal to galaxy A30. Understand and analyze before you write. And tech talk is not the place for this. This should be posted in community.

better ram and huge rom does not qualify flagship this same thing you can get in Chinese companies too... nokia fail because of software ... not because of hardware so my boy software updates are more important then hardware.... think it ...

your kind information i am using Galaxy Note 10+5G but i must say regarding software updates its valuable same as M10.... here conversations is about equality

@DrMahavir I apologize but I think I am talking about features, not RAM or ROM and more specifically about Samsung devices.

M10 is on Android 9. And Note 10+ is on Android 10, it will also get Android 11. M10 will not even get Android 10. How can they be equal in terms of software?
