&lt;P&gt;As per your concern, we want to inform you that the software update is developed to enhance the performance or stability of the smartphone and it is fully tested in different stages, in case there is any kind of issue that occurs after the update then we are always helping our customers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We'd request you to follow the easy troubleshooting steps that might help to solve the camera issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Use a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprints, dirt, and dust from the camera lens.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Reset the camera settings: Home screen tap on Camera&amp;gt;Settings&amp;gt;Reset settings&amp;gt;Reset.&lt;BR /&gt;Clear camera application data: Apps&amp;gt;Camera&amp;gt;Storage&amp;gt;Clear Data&lt;BR /&gt;Check app cache: Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; Camera&amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; Clear Cache.&lt;/P&gt;
