5G problem

My S22+ suddenly stopped 5G! I was using 5G even a while ago! Jio app showing to on 5G but in mobile settings it's already on! Is it hardware problem?

Hi sir this is not a hardware issue you should reset all network there is an option in settings search "reset network" and reset it and restart your device.
A tip for you,
Restart you device twice a week to keep your phone as fast as new😊

It's jio app issue. My s23u is 5g but it was not recognized by jio and next day I had 5g

It may also happen during overheating. When the phone heats it automatically switches to 4g or lte.

No problem in my S22+. 5G is working great and voNR 5G is also available now. I dont think this is a hardware issue. Why dont you buy a new 5G jio sim and try again? Use and give priority to sim1 for internet.

New 5G sim? I have 2 sim, jio and BSNL. Both are on 5g and sim slot 1has Jio sim inserted

I'm now having 5g but whenever the phone gets heated it automatically switches to 4g.
