&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Kindly follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue-&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt; If any screens guard/tampered glass/protection film is available then first disables the fingerprint settings and then removes the screen guard.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt; Once screen guard is removed now register the fingerprint again and check the issue&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt; Make sure to use the central fingerprint parts evenly when you register or scan fingerprint, so that all portions of fingerprint, including the centre and corners have been fully scanned.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;If you still have similar problems please visit to the authorized Samsung service centre with device and have it inspected for further resolution.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You will be notified regarding the updates via FOTA. Menu&amp;gt; Settings&amp;gt; About Device&amp;gt; Software Update&amp;gt; Auto Update&amp;gt; Enable it.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>chk sammobile for official communication related to samsung device. I see too many people running posts/questions around security updates? do these guys use phones as servers? or some high level encrypted data exchanges? not sure what's the drift about monthly updates which ridiculously drags your phones performance and the same release notes as * new update fixes vulnerabilities and bug fixes * well then ask what is fixed and what's enhanced.... &lt;BR /&gt;dont be under an impression that such updates keep your phone safe at all times. your phones are vulnerable if &lt;BR /&gt;- visit unsolicited websites &lt;BR /&gt;- give unnecessary cookie permissions &lt;BR /&gt;- download 3rd party apps outside of playstore &lt;BR /&gt;- use torrents &lt;BR /&gt;- dont have an active AV &lt;BR /&gt;- do not terminate active login sessions &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;be aware and safeguard your own data before reaching out for random security update checks</description>
