&lt;P&gt;Reset settings: Settings &amp;gt; General Management &amp;gt; Reset.&lt;BR /&gt;Reset settings: Reset all settings to their default&lt;BR /&gt;Reset accessibility settings: Reset accessibility settings to their defaults.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue still persists kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application &amp;gt; Support&amp;gt; Tap on error report &amp;gt; Type your query &amp;gt; Send).&lt;/P&gt;
