Dear Samsung why every android upgrade is forced to device restrictions

Every one is facing issue when we can't access

Android/data

Android/obb

Both are important to share games to another one when we don't have internet

It's an Android security process, not any manufacturer's fault Android's data and obb folder can be used by any unknown source of application that's why it's kept hidden to not interfere with it.

Rooted phone don't have these restrictions,
If you want to access obb, data folder you need to 3rd party file manager like ES file explorer, X-plore etc.

I cam access obb media data folder in One UI6.0 with X-plore application

No you give permission to app from android 13 and now you upgrade it to 14
But when you uninstall this or give permission to new app it has no access to data/ specific app

I update my phone to official 14 , ES file explorer application able to open obb media and data folder
