I purchased in South Africa Along with Battery base but facing problem only on battery base except it remaining all working fine from past 1 year. Anyone got battery problem rectified by samsung for the bug.?

Over a year using samsung freestyle projector with external battery base. But the battery stopped working twice in a year. May be some manufacturing diffects. I have researched and found that many other users accross the globe faces same issue. Samsung team must look into the matter.

Same bro it is manufacturing defect which is not being accepted by SAMSUNG OFFICIALLY and not addressing problem ontime too and not providing international garantee for same and saying excuses instead of providing permanent solution to the problem.
