Dear Samsung,

When i use camera to click photos at 64mp it takes alot time and quality is just same like it's clicked on normal ratio.

And I noticed whenever i used camera for clicking photos when i turn it off it lagsss alot.....

Check photo size and zoom clarity..at 64mp it takes time to process photos..

Still you can clear camera cache/data, Also reset camera to default settings

My dear clear catche and clear data of Camara app. Camara reset to default setting. Thanks.

Reset the camera settings: Home screen tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.
Clear camera application data: Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Data
Check app cache: Settings > Apps > Camera> Storage > Clear Cache.

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

In case the issue still occurs kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
