&lt;P&gt;To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;Settings&amp;gt; app&amp;gt;3 dots/more option&amp;gt;show system app&amp;gt;search for&amp;nbsp;Whatsapp app&amp;gt;Clear cache&amp;gt;force stop.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt;You can also check by updating the application via app store/Google play store.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;If issue still exists then once check by uninstalling and reinstalling the required application.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;Else, you need to once contact the concerned app developer.&lt;/P&gt;
