How much data & battery does dynamic lock screen wallpaper consumes? Is it good for battery health? Should I use it?

It will consume little more batter, and you shouldn't use if you lack good battery backup. Obviously, more consumption will lead to more battery drain and impact it's health in longer run. But it's good feature.

Any dynamic things like wallpaper, live widgets, AOD, etc, on lock screen drain battery very fast, especially dynamic wallpapers, because that is constantly running. It consumes data, too. So if you want healthy battery life, don't use dynamic wallpaper services on the lock screen..
