But guys I'm facing touch issue after getting Android 10 update 😒

if possible, factory reset your phone after update.
first backup your data
then problem might be gone

Dear, Take backup for all data and factory reset your mobile , everything will be proper work after reset , I also did it.

To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:

>Open Setting > General management > Reset > Reset setting > Reset setting.

>Restart your device to clear any temporary software bugs.

>Check your device issue in Safe mode.
