Auto restart

My s10 is getting auto restarted while usage..( I am playing tennis clash 3d a lot these day may be its linked to that and usually happens by co incidence while playing that game) .May be it's due to the new software update.Pls guide.

chk battery stats. usually leakages due to a faulty battery

Bro, uninstall recently installed 3rd party apps or unnecessary apps(especially apps which you are mentioning).
or
perform normal phone reset settings
or
perform reset apps prefrences
settings>applications>click at 3 dots>select reset apps prefrences

just give a try..

Please perform the following steps:

>Ensure that your device is getting restart after installing any particular application. IF yes then check the device by uninstalling that application.

>Disable scheduled auto-restart if available in your device. (Go to settings>>General management>>Reset>>Auto restart>>disable.

For further assistance, register your concern in the Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
