Almost all are the good features samsung have but you should work on your hardware in budget phones.

Your budget phones lack in hardware department as they have big bezels etc.

1. Samsung should provide net speed indicator as the all others are providing..
2. Camera section, samsung must work on their software as sometime it shows blurry pics..
3. Three fingers swipe for Screenshots.
4. Battery details should be improved as it doesn't show Battery life percentage

Now a days there is no specific notification led lights. Due to bezel less display. So instead of notification alert, why samsung cam bring notification pop up light around front camera circle. Like when face detection there is circle created aroung front camera

Same we can use for notification pop up. Also we can change doff colors as per notification app.

Please provide gesture controls for music playback on lock screen. Just simple gestures for play, pause & skip to next song or go to previous song.

Samsung should optimise and match the potrait photography skills from decoding google pixel devices, as with flash at the pubs or party lighting conditions, pixel devices took dslr like potraits with flash on, but samsung s23 plus still struggles to provide best quality dslr quality potraits inside pubs or party light condition even with flash on,
Samsung engineers responsible for the photography department really need to decode the pixel image processing algorithm, as of compared with pixel 6a thats 25k with s23 plus i own thats 95k, pixel 6a took better low light human dslr like potraits.
Will be adding few comparison shot below where the 1st one will be s23 plus and the 2nd one will be pixel 6a.

Sound department,
Samsung s seres need to increase the inbuilt speaker sound loudness as sound quality is top notch but comparable to apple and one plus their loudness fades s seres devices anytime, as samsung already owns akg and harman tech so they can easily implement top knotch inbuilt speakers in their s category devices.

Investing 95k on a s23 plus seems non profitable deal as it lacks a 2k display, I remember even my old galaxy s8 boasts a 2k display comparable to latest generation s23 plus.

Samsung s seres video quality needs to be improved comparable to iphone as my wife owns a iphone 14 and if i compare video capture, iphone 14 video comes out studio quality compare to my s23 plus, as iphone have sensor shift ois now, while samsung still stuck on old generation ois motors.

Design,
Samsung should focus to differenciate the s seres devices compared to the f seres and a seres devices, as all looks the same,
If consumer is paying premium for s seres devices they deserve some premium unique looks that can differenciate with the lower end and medium end devices of the same brand.

Lots of suggestion given,
Adding the images of s23 plus vs pixel 6a below.
First 2 images pixel 6a
Second 2 images of s23 plus
See the difference in night potrait under party lighting.

Samsung should add the Three finger swipe gesture for screenshot.
Should have proper Apple style Battery life indicators.
Should give the native app lock system to lock the apps using default setting just like MIUI.

1.Samsung should start giving alert slider in every A series and S series phones.
2. Also with minimum 5000 mAh battery flagship should be 6000 mAh battery.
3.in camera department telephoto lens should be must in every A series and S series phones.
4. Samsung should add AppLock facility in settings ( earlier S secure was there but discontinued by Samsung nobody knows why ???)
