M30s issue

My M30S getting restarted on every day early morning. Any one can help me

go to setting then device care and then three dots on right side and choose auto restart and now off it
your problem solved.

Check Auto restart on settings....Search it from the settings, put this off....You don't need to worry, it's not an issue....

auto restart is already off. also I have kept the phone in safe mode for one night that time phone didn't restart.

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps:

>Ensure that your device is getting restart after installing any particular application. IF yes then check the device by uninstalling that application.

>Disable scheduled auto-restart if available in your device. (Go to settings>>General management>>Reset>>Auto restart>>disable.

>Check your device performance in Safe mode.

For further assistance, register your concern in the Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
