Our community is brimming with ideas through which we can make your Galaxy experience better! Share your suggestions directly with our teams through Innovation Lab. Your feedback will be scrutinized to produce possible improvements in customer experience.

This week, we would like to look into Accessibility. Samsung Galaxy phones come with accessibility settings to help those with limited sight or hearing difficulties. For example, you can make the phone read messages aloud or light up whenever it detects a startling noise. There are also accessibility settings and customizations available for those who struggle with interaction and dexterity.

So, the topics are:

1. Accessibility: Feedback on experiences with accessibility features and suggestions.

All you need to do is:

1. Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
2. Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
3. Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will take a note of all your suggestions! This topic will be open till 26th May.

Talk back is not working well as sender name is shown wrong in whats app. Moreover tweets are read repeatedly despite clicking on other tweet. Composing mail in gmail is very difficult. Whats app status photo captions have become inaccessible #InnovationLab

to get to know the constituents of a image one has to everytime click on describe image option in global context menu which also does not work mostly. The OCR optical character recognition can be significantly improved in samsung talk back. when describing any image the speaking out of the word "detected" is unnecessary and should be eliminated #InnovationLab

leave alone the samsung and other social media apps, even the samsung whats app chat bot AI puts forward inaccessible button choices which talk back does not read aloud #InnovationLab
Can't there be any way to experience stock android talk back in Samsung phones as the samsung talk back makes it even more difficult for PwD to navigate in basic mobile operations
Please also suggest why no Samsung accessibility team is constituted for India despite being a huge market. If any such team regarding accessibility exists provide their contact details

I have some requests for the Samsung Text to Speech engine. Their are the following:

* Automatic switch in languages: Please give Automatically switch in between switching 2 and more than 2 languages.

* Indian Languages voices: Please add more voices for Indian languages like English USA and English UK etc.
* Delete and add languages in the Samsung TTS: Please give add and Delete languages features in the Samsung TTs only like Google TTS. Now we have to do these things from the separate interface.
* Beta version: Please give beta version before releasing any official update so any bugs and issues can be detected in the beta testing faze and we will get near to issue free official update.
* Make louder
* Add clarity specially in Indian languages
* Make faster

I hope You will improve Samsung Accessibility as fast as possible and implement my requests as well. Thank you.

Please does Accessibility audit in your Samsung main Platforms Website and apps like My Galaxy, Samsung shop and Samsung members etc for finding the Accessibility issues and Correcting them.

It is not optimise with the Softwares.
It gives update very late compare to Google Talkback.
proximity sensor does not work.
It's text to speech engine is not allowing to completely delete some voices like-Vietnamese (Vietnam voice. After deleting from apps it still shows in Samsung TTS setting.
It is repeating and Skiping content while right swiping in the list like- Youtube and Whatsapp.
It image discription feature does not work while hide screen.
It increases and decreases automatically volume with bluetooth headphones while changing youtube or any other media volume.
It does not have third party TTS support unlike Apple's Voice over has Aloquence, Vocalizer and Espeak engine.
It jumps here and there.
It sends his voices in audio recording and audio search.
It speaks wrong sender name in whatsapp group.
It does not provide beta version.

I have add this Innovation Lab #54 Accessibility in my all previous titles. By the way only i requested to Samsung for adding Accessibility topic in Innovation Lab survey. I awill paste all my previous comments here so others users also can give their opponion on my feedbacks. It will be easier for them but please consider my older comments because there i attached videos and screen shots.
It seems very less accessibility users know about this official feedback survey or active in the Samsung members app. Non- disable i think not interisted in this Accessivility feedback atleast they can share, like and read about the Accessibility.
