Service request solved deadline and request continously closed without solved #I

Samsung should give service request deadline specially in the time of bugs in any app and software atleast nearest solved date so user can get the idea when his/her problem can be solved.

Now our service requests always close without solved even we do not get any deadline so it is disheartening when their are so many bugs.

I have tried many time to report this issue in ask question under support TAB but they are not able to understand even though i paste the same message their. Samsung should think about post sale services.
