battery problem

Earlier the battery was charged 2.15 hours. But it now takes 3.25 hours. But the charge is coming to an end soon .What to do for it?

just visit nearby samsung service center. And try to change battery

Please perform the following step to resolve slow charging issue:

1- Charge the device with the original charger.

2- Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members app (Samsung Members> Get Help> Interactive checks->charger/USB).

3- Follow standard battery charging procedure (charge a fully discharged the battery in Switch-off mode up to 150 mins).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
