dear sir using galaxy m32 with android 13 ui version 5.1 talkback version 13.5.02.3 while getting incoming call talkback is automaticaly reading caller name and their number. it is disturbing our privacy so please fix this issue for your kind information say caller name option also turned off

Phone>settings>answering and ending calls>read caller name aloud>off

This should help.
