I dont think so because a lot of Samsung phones have Hardware backed Knox system and if thats tripped there is no way to restore it. May be (There is a may be) if your phone had software based knox they can restore it.

The only way to restore Knox is to get the motherboard replaced. Knox is hardware based 100% of the times, hence if you trip it, there is no going back without hardware replacement.

It is not an issue. It is expected behavior for Knox TEE. Knox has an e-fuse which gets blown the moment there is an unauthorized change made to the software, like maybe installing a custom recovery, or disabling Android vbmeta, and it CANNOT be restored just via software.

How do I know? Knowledge is available for free on the internet. And yes, I have experienced it.

It's gone forever that's what Knox is suppose to do to ensure safety. And knox is always a combination of HW+SW. So if the Hardware is gone it SW becomes unusable. Getting the motherboard replaced is the only option.
