#Innovationlab Accessibility If Samsung genually want to take feedback about Accessibility from their users so please open Galaxy store and see Accessibility related apps like Samsung Talkback, Text to speech engine and its indian voices, Bixby and Bixby vision etc. See there 1 star ratings because 1 star rating giver always give the best feedbacks and that is verified by me. As Partially Blind and Accessibility user i found almost 90% ratings have truth. Otherwise we as users do not think Samsung members app for giving our apps' feedbacks so we give our feedbacks in Galaxy store under app rating. Please like if agree.

Currently facing a lot of problems with Samsung talkback, in this we are not able to read any text, with this the talkback stops suddenly, it seems that the phone has been hanged, since this is a new feature Image describe has been given, we should be given the option to turn it off so that we can use the phone well by turning it off because when it is on, it works automatically in many places where it is not needed, so that I am having a lot of problems with my phone. Don't know why Samsung is not giving update of Samsung Talkback in its phone due to its arbitrariness, due to this reason we are not getting any features of Google Talkback whereas Google Talkback updates are always available in other company's mobile phones. I also have a suggestion that all the features which are seen in Google Talkback in other companies' phones should also be given in Samsung Talkback, features like select to speak accessibility menu are not available, please make them available as soon as possible.

Decline call shortcut should be given via hard buttons, such as volume buttons or power button. It should be given like double press volume buttons quickly to decline incoming call.

In Samsung phones, there is a feature called read caller names allowed. But there is no use of this feature, because it reads caller name only one time. So repeat option should be given and also read specific numbers of time option should be given.

I am using Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 with my Samsung Galaxy a52s 5G phone. There is an issue, and that is, whenever I connect buds with my phone, then a pop up appears with battery status of earbuds and earbuds case. But this pop up remains open for a second only and sometime it becomes very difficult to navigate with TalkBack so fast that I can check battery status of earbuds case. That's why there should be close button for the battery indicator pop up and disappearing time should be increase.

There is a scrolling issue in my files with TalkBack. If there is a big list of any items, then when we navigate with TalkBack,, then the list does not scroll automatically. We have to manually scroll with two fingers up or down. This issue has been remained since very long time. Please fix this as soon as possible.

#Innovation lab First of all thanks to everyone at Samsung as they always strive for blind people and provide their own separate talkback in each of their phones but sometimes we face some issues with this talkback for example a while back a feature was made available called There is describe image but this option doesn't work so maybe it's Samsung's accessibility issue but as everyone at Samsung is working to improve accessibility for blind person it's really appreciated
