I'm unable to send link / photo /gifs to any people from my Samsung Message and also from Google Message. Chat features are already enabled.

Give me methods to solve this issue.

Aap yek baar play store se koi app share kijiye kishi ko SMS se.

Dekhiye jata hai ki nahi.

When I am sharing any image, it goes from MMS.

And after shows " not send"

Go to Message -> then to three dot(:) -> settings->then chat settings-> Message type -> Chat + chat features on
