My mobile samsung f41 shown some issues with touch interface

There was hanging while trying to access

It took a longer time to get it back

This is second time like this in 19 months since then I bought it

What went wrong ?

Please help

But the problem was only with the UI,not the whole system

Bro, did you update your phone? I mean have you done all the software updates? I haven't done software updates for a while because i am scared it might brick my phone...... i too have a f41. If yes then did face any issues after the updations?
