Samsung TV Plus is a service where you get all the entertainment you want at zero cost. Get instant access to news, sports, entertainment and more, across Samsung devices. No downloads, subscriptions or credit cards.

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any feedback, improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the service.

All you need to do is:

My dear Admin, No doubt Samsung TV Plus is a very nice app as well as very nice service to all of us . Every thing we found on Samsung TV Plus without any cost. So we are warmly welcomes to this great service of you free of cost called as Samsung TV Plus.

Add some beat asian drama channels and cartoons, anime channels to have more fun and we can enjoy watching. Without this we don't use it anymore. I need some cartoons & anime channels( like pogo, nickelodeon, hungama, cartoon network etc.)and some best movies channels are also demanding.

Samsung TV, You should include live business channels like ET NOW, CNBC TV18, CNBC AWAAZ, CNBC BAJAR etc..

On SAMSUNG TV, it should be possible to retrieve old channels you visited...i could not revisit one which was visited just a day before

Tie up with any live channel provider like jiotv yupp tv etc.
Please give an option to select region in settings

Any innovative addition should not create problems to the user. I will welcome less less features but great user friendly experience.

I have recently purchased this Frame TV (55") : QA55LS03BAKLXL

1. A TV power on replaces recently used app by this TV app & starts auto playing it self.

2. If user has to do some settings in the menu this app keeps running in background. There is no option to stop this to user.

3. User can not uninstall this so called great app.

4. In the latest OS selecting & deleting option for channel is not available. So new buyers can not remove or disable this annoying feature.

5. More to it after If this app is locked by PIN then also without PIN it runs. What is the meaning of locking the app?

What kind of software is this? Are you going to force the user what to see ? Even for user after paying premium price to the FRAME TV especially using ART mode it's so annoying to see low quality & low resolution content playing in TV mode without his willingness. I am sure this will be the biggest torture SAMSUNG can give to its buyer.

Samsung seems believing more on hacks and hijack than delivering to its customers. May be there new business model. I too face same kinda issues and it's irritating. I bought tv to enjoy liesure but the tv makes me 😷. They are to promote Netflix, prime, sTV, AppleTV etc by choice or by force.
