&lt;P&gt;Thank you for sharing your concern. We acknowledge your query and apologize for the same. And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1: Update your installed Bixby application to the latest version. (Update message is visible when you activate Bixby)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2: If you do not want anything to happen when you “short press” the Bixby key then navigate to Bixby Home &amp;gt;Tap Settings &amp;gt; Bixby Key &amp;gt; Select Don’t Open Anything.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application &amp;gt; Support&amp;gt; Tap on error report &amp;gt; Type your query &amp;gt; Send).&lt;/P&gt;
