It is the shortcut to open Samsung pay(wallet) you can easily turn that shortcut off if you want

No that's the gesture handle. You can even edit this via NavStar and you can adjust the width, transparency as well as color

No, It's not quick access to Samsung Wallet as I disabled it already. Can someone tell me What it is and How to disable it or make it transparent?
