&lt;P&gt;Please perform the following steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;Settings&amp;gt;&amp;gt; apps&amp;gt;&amp;gt; select camera&amp;gt;&amp;gt;storage&amp;gt;&amp;gt;clear cache and data&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;Reset settings (Settings&amp;gt;&amp;gt;general management &amp;gt;&amp;gt;reset&amp;gt;&amp;gt;reset settings).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt; If the problem does not get resolved, run the device in Safe mode and reconfigure the fingerprint.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members application (Open Samsung members app &amp;gt;&amp;gt; click on “+“icon &amp;gt; send feedback &amp;gt;&amp;gt; error report / ask question).&lt;/P&gt;
