I bought an Samung UHD 50 inch tv recently,

model number is UA50RU7100KXXT

But i couldn't login to my samsung account and even when choosing to create an account is says " couldnt connect to samsung server"

my internet is working fine as i can login to pre installed apps like netflix n youtube, they both works fine. but cant install more apps i cant login to any samsung account

Try to get it checked it with samsumg people only from where you have purchased it.

is this a legit purchase? typically for gray market devices, samsung would not allow access. try on samsung website with the serial number to register the product first.
on your personal device, registercthe tv first then allow permissions. this should help
