&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;Clear the RAM memory of device (Scroll down notification panel &amp;gt; Setting&amp;gt; Device care &amp;gt;Memory&amp;gt; Clean Now).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt; Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt; Clear the Cache of the app (setting&amp;gt;&amp;gt;apps&amp;gt;&amp;gt;games &amp;gt;&amp;gt;storage&amp;gt;&amp;gt;clear data and cache).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app&amp;gt;click on “+“icon&amp;gt;send feedback&amp;gt;Error report/ Ask Questions).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>ya sometimes it won't work but sometimes it does.. idk about the solution of this.... maybe it would be fixed by the next update</description>
