&lt;P&gt;Kindly follow the mentioned steps to resolve the hanging issue in the device:&lt;BR /&gt;1) Please check the internal memory (At least 20% free internal memory would be recommended).&lt;BR /&gt;2) Too many Applications running in Background may cause the device to freeze. So I suggest you to close the multiple applications running in background which you are not using.&lt;BR /&gt;3) Kindly check the software update of the device now. Is it updated?&lt;BR /&gt;4) Please check your device once in Safe mode.&lt;BR /&gt;If the issue persists please visit the Samsung authorized service center.
