    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the Fingerprint issue-&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- If any screens guard/tampered glass/protection film is available then first disables the fingerprint settings and then removes the screen guard.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Once screen guard is removed now register the fingerprint again and check the issue&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Run the device in Safe mode and check the issue&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the Camera issue:-&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;-Clear the Cache of the camera (setting&amp;gt;&amp;gt;apps&amp;gt;&amp;gt;camera&amp;gt;&amp;gt;storage&amp;gt;&amp;gt;clear data and cache).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;-Do the reset settings of the camera (camera&amp;gt;&amp;gt;setting&amp;gt;&amp;gt;reset setting).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (click on “+“icon&amp;gt;send feedback&amp;gt;Error report/ Ask Questions).&lt;/P&gt;
