Today i wanted to know whether my a53 5g is in monthly or in quarterly,so i dialled their number their toll free number and had conversation with them

I get to know that these buffoons sitting on the other side of the phone saying that in india update policy is different from rest of the world.how?

They r saying that a53 5g a52s 5g a52 4g a52 5g these devices will get quarterly updates.How ?

Even i told them that these devices r scheduled to get monthly updates,according to samsung india policy but they r denying it.

Even they r saying a52 5g s available in india.How?

Samsung never launched a52 5g in india

I dont remember when samsung launched a52 5g in india as it launched its 4g variant in india.

Really man how they r giving false statements regarding all these things to their customers.

They don't know shít! I wonder why Samsung is paying such useless staff! Also, how do they select such staff with ZERO knowledge about the products?!!

Samsung India team is a bunch of scammers who don't know anything. I also had a similar experience. Some part they say is true "Samsung India is different from the Samsung we know from other countries", cus in India Samsung India, like to put low-quality parts, poor service, and scam applications, just look at that Galaxy store X appbazar app they even want to know my sensitive personal details. Samsung India is such an embarrassment for Samsung around the world if I could get a chance to meet the CEO of Samsung I will explain the **bleep** experience we feel from Samsung India. 😤 😡🤬

Brother, Galaxy A53 actually has monthly security. 4 Year OS and 5 years of security. Those **bleep** don't know anything 😤
