After update my s20+ to anroid 13 I am unable to play Call Recording from phone app it's showing fail to play Voice mail

I also saw same post with f62 device.
It is for all devices

Call setting > record calls> recorded calls

I know that but before update i can easily play it directly from call log

Hi can anyone suggest how do i fix this same problem of message recd Voicemail Failed to Play and need to go to recorded calls with my A51 & i do not get Music & Audio in settings > apps...thanks
