no watermark directly in S10 and Note 10 series.
but you can add watermark with inbuilt Picture Editor
And when you use that Samsung Galaxy Sticker (as shown in 1st pic) it will automatically add S10+ Note 10+ or whatever device you have.

Bro, there is no watermark tab..but you can use stamp or stickers section for this purpose..
Select any image>click on edit pen>now at the bottom click on stamp or sticker section>here select calendar shaped stamp> Select device stamp>you can also resize stamp or sticker as per your requirement..
