Help me to fix or solve this problem

I have been some multi touch issue seen from some days in my mobile phone. when I touch my mobile screen more than 2 finger it can not touch or don't do any response. I recognize this problem when I play pubg . I play with 5 finger but now this could not play or do anything dueto this problem.. if you have any solution than please help me🙏🥺

Download and install a Multi Touch Tester from Play Store! &check how many touch points device can register

Some time it show 10 multi touch and most of the time it show only 2 point....

Then you have to wait till the Next update, which will gonna fix this mess.or you can try resetting the device! (Better to backup before reset, because it will clear your whole phone storage)

It's doesn't work..
