      <title>Software fail after update</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Dear sir/mam&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;DIV dir="auto"&gt;I would like to&amp;nbsp;inform you that my wife is using samsung m21 model , we have updated its software through software update but after update the mobile os got failed, i contacted the samsung customer care at dewas m.p but they failed to restore my software&amp;nbsp; also a service charge of rs 180 was taken.&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV dir="auto"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV dir="auto"&gt;When they failed i went there to collect my mobile and observed that 3-4 customer were there with the very same&amp;nbsp;problem.&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV dir="auto"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV dir="auto"&gt;This gives a bad impression of organisation regarding the behaviour and customer&amp;nbsp;service provided. I dont think i can purchase a samsung handset in future nor i can recommend anyone for opting samsung mobiles..as such software failure are observed which is result of your own software update provided by samsung..&lt;/DIV&gt;

&lt;DIV dir="auto"&gt;Please think how a customer will feel ig all of sudden his mobile is not working and all his data is lost...&lt;/DIV&gt;

      <description>Sorry to hear, if you haven't already gotten the wrong impression about samsung's treatment of it's users, you must be a saint. After years of being a Samsung user, I've finally given up on it, aas soon as they rolled out the April update. I'm not going to get another samsung again</description>
