Ringing Problem in A72

Hi Samsung Tech Team,

I have been facing a problem in Ringing.

During Incoming Call, if my phone is in my hand or in a Bed or Table, then the phone automatically starts Vibration instead of Ringing. This problem is not for all time, just for sometime only.

If any solution, Pls share your valuable feedback or guide.
