&lt;P&gt;Kindly follow the mentioned steps to resolve the issue in your device.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;Set the high camera resolution ( Open camera&amp;gt; Setting&amp;gt; Camera resolution)&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt; Reset the camera ( Open camera&amp;gt; Setting&amp;gt; Camera setting&amp;gt;Reset).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;Setting&amp;gt;Applications&amp;gt;camera&amp;gt;storage&amp;gt;clear cache.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt; Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member&amp;gt; Get Help&amp;gt; Interactive checks-&amp;gt;camera ).&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt;Check for the latest device O/S (Scroll down Notification panel &amp;gt;Settings &amp;gt;Software Update&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;Download updates manually).&lt;BR /&gt;For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app&amp;gt;click on “+“icon&amp;gt;send feedback&amp;gt;Error report/ Ask Questions).&lt;/P&gt;
