• Important & Urgent - Manage the time.

• Important & Not-Urgent - Focus on these tasks.

• Not-Important & Urgent - Try to avoid.

• Not-Important & Not-Urgent - Limit these tasks.

Make a priority list for your tasks and then do what necessary to do at that moment.
