    <description>Hi Samsung Tech Team,&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Pls note that after installation of latest update, I have noticed the following issues :-&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;1) I face Internet Connectivity issue. Maximum time Internet Speed (in both sim 4G &amp;amp; VOLTE Network) is Slow. Until the phone is Restarted, the problem is same.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;2) Wrong Time showing in Battery Charging.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;For Exam, at the time of phone started charging, it shows 1 hr 20 minutes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;But after completion of 1hr 20min, the phone display shows "Remaining 25 minutes ".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;During the charging, all background apps like Internet, GPS, WIFI, HOTSPOT, GAMING are all In OFF.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Basically the above problems I found after the latest update.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Pls resolve it.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

We acknowledge your query and apologize for the same. And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Enable Mobile data:&lt;BR /&gt;Navigate to apps screen&amp;gt;Settings&amp;gt;Connections&amp;gt; SIM card manager&amp;gt; Mobile data&amp;gt;Select the preferred SIM card from the drop-down.&lt;BR /&gt;Note: Preferred SIM should be inserted in SIM slot 1&lt;BR /&gt;Please follow the steps to enable data roaming (while in roaming). Navigate to apps screen&amp;gt;Settings&amp;gt;Connections&amp;gt;Tap on Mobile Networks&amp;gt;Enable Data roaming.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. If the issue has not been resolved then check network mode. Select the network mode e.g LTE/3G/2G (auto connect).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Check mobile data limit:&lt;BR /&gt;1. Go to “Settings &amp;gt; Connections &amp;gt; Data Usage &amp;gt; Mobile data usage” (depending on your device)&lt;BR /&gt;2. You’ll see a graph showing your data usage along with a whole bunch of settings.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Alternatively, you can turn off all data limits by unchecking the “Limit mobile data usage” box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Reset and set new APN:&lt;BR /&gt;Apps screen&amp;gt;Settings&amp;gt;Connections&amp;gt;Mobile network&amp;gt;Access Point Name&amp;gt;tap on menu (three dots) then Reset to defaults&amp;gt; Reset.&lt;BR /&gt;How to set new APN: Apps screen&amp;gt;Settings&amp;gt;Connections&amp;gt;Mobile network&amp;gt;Access Point Name&amp;gt;ADD&amp;gt;Name&amp;gt;Enter the Name&amp;gt;OK&amp;gt;APN&amp;gt;Enter the APN&amp;gt;Tap on OK&amp;gt;Menu&amp;gt;Save.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. Reset network settings:&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;General management&amp;gt;Reset&amp;gt;Reset network settings&amp;gt;Reset settings&amp;gt;Unlock your screen (If you have previously set)&amp;gt;Tap on Reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6. Delete VPN Profile:&lt;BR /&gt;Please follow the below-given steps to delete the VPN profile. Path: Settings &amp;gt; Connections &amp;gt; VPN &amp;gt; Delete VPN Profile if available. (You will see a key icon in the notification panel if VPN is activated).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In case the issue still occurs.
